Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth and easy shopping experience at home, we provide a 3-day exchange policy for you.
You must notify us within 3 days after delivery to claim an exchange if:
- The product is damaged.
- The product is unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached.
- The product received does not match the ordered size.
- The article must be returned in the original packaging before use.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not liable to collect orders from your doorstep under any circumstances.

Return Policy
We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. We are not responsible for bleeding, damage to prints, or fading of colors due to washing.
We recommend hand-washing all items in cold water and hand-drying to prevent discoloration, print damage, and shrinkage. For more details on washing and care instructions, kindly refer to the tags on your item.
Refund Policy
At minaaara.com, we do not have a refund policy. Instead, we will issue you store credit (amount voucher valid until used).
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. A store credit will be issued for paid orders only.
